Issuer: University of Narowal. Invitation to bid for renting out cafeteria premises on an annual rental basis. Bids are invited from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers registered with E-Procurement System / PPRAs and relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.).
Tender submission must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure via the University's online E-Procurement System. Bidders must also submit required technical and financial bids, valid registration documents, tax certificates and an original affidavit on PKR 100/- e-stamp confirming the bidder/company has never been blacklisted by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or any procuring agency.
