Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi invites bids for maintenance & rehabilitation (M&R) schemes on the EP system as per PPRA rules for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) system. All bids must be submitted through the EP system by 04-11-2026 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened on 04-11-2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the District Council Rawalpindi by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives.
Key instructions: contractors must quote rates item-wise on the EP system as per PPRA rules; 5% bid security is required for each tender; if the lowest quoted rates exceed 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice, otherwise 5% earnest money will be forfeited and re-tendering initiated. Contractors are responsible for installation of caution boards and prevention of harm to humans, animals and financial loss at the site.
