Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and valid for 2025-26 for the works listed below. Bidding documents may be purchased from the Executive Engineer's office on submission of a firm's written application with attested CNIC, ATL of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlistment. Bidding documents are available on payment of non-refundable fee and will be issued to proprietors or legally authorized representatives on production of registered/duly attested power of attorney.
Key instructions: Bid security should be a Call Deposit from any scheduled bank in the name of ETP Board, Lahore. Bids in sealed envelopes must be dropped in the tender box in the Executive Engineer's office on 2026-11-11 before 02:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Purchase deadline for bidding documents: 2026-11-10. Tender notice is also available on PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and ETPB (www.etpb.gov.pk). The department may reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
