Issuer: National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Notice of impending expiry of definitive anti‑dumping duties levied on imports of Polyester Staple Fiber (not exceeding 2.0 denier & excluding coloured and regenerated polyester staple fiber) from Chinese Taipei, Indonesia and Thailand. The duties were imposed for a period of five years with effect from 2022-02-04.
These anti‑dumping duties will terminate on 2027-02-04 unless a review under Section 58(3) of the Act is initiated to determine continuation.
