Purpose: Notice of impending expiry of anti‑dumping duties on imports of Polyester Staple Fiber (not exceeding 2.0 denier; excluding colored and regenerated polyester staple fiber) from Chinese Taipei, Indonesia and Thailand. The currently imposed anti‑dumping duties will terminate on 2027-02-04 unless a sunset review application is filed.
