Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore invites sealed bids under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure from firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 valid for the year 2025-26 for the works listed below. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer on payment of a non-refundable fee on submission of a written application with firm letterhead, copy of CNIC, proof of ATL of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlisted contractor credentials. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit (in the company's name) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of ETP Board, Lahore.
Bids in sealed envelopes should be dropped in the tender box in the office of the undersigned on 2025-11-11 before 02:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and ETPB website.
If a successful bid is found to be seriously unbalanced in relation to the detailed estimate, the contractor shall furnish additional performance security equal to the difference between estimated cost and total bid amount in the shape of a bank guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan or an insurance bond issued by an insurance company possessing an "AA" rating. The department reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. In case of a public holiday, receipt and opening of bids will be on the next working day.
