Issuer: Municipal Corporation Sahiwal (Chief Officer). Invitation for e-tenders from firms/contractors on item-rate basis through Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and hold GST/NTN/PST registration. Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website. Bid security must be submitted digitally; physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft) will not be accepted. Upon award the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must quote unit rates in words and figures. Submission of false information may result in blacklisting and referral to PEC/other authorities. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to adjust quantities before issuing work orders.
