Purpose: Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) disposal of Pakistan Railway lands through e‑Bids on EPADS v2.0 for mixed‑use commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets on lease.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction as per local construction bylaws. Bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0.
