Key instructions: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA Rule 2014, No. 38(2)(a) (Single Stage – Two Envelope). E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the stated submission time. Bid documents in English can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount for each lot is required; payment to be made online via PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Successful bidders must furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital.
Samples must be received on the same day as the tender opening during office hours (08:00 to 02:30 PM). In case of non-availability/insufficient funds or quantity changes, the procuring agency may increase/decrease quantities as per PPRA rules. No manual bids will be accepted.
