E-Tender: Construction of Police Post at Vehno (Buildings Division Taunsa)

Buildings Division Taunsa invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA E-Tendering) system for the following civil works. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with valid PEC license and Punjab registration may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically on the e-procurement portal; physical bids will not be accepted. A 5% earnest money (bid security) is required and submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System. Successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee up to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of award. Rates must be quoted online against the BOQ; quoted rates will be downloaded and announced on the specified date.

Key instructions: Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPR/e-Procurement website and follow e-tendering procedures. Old security submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system/Bank pay order guidelines will be accepted where applicable. Contractors must upload required documents and financial bids as per e-Procurement requirements. Online rates will be opened/announced on the stated date and time in presence of participating contractors or authorized representatives.
