Chief Military Engineer Services (CMES), PAF Samungli invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1)(2) of 2004 for provision of certain facilities for Pakistan Air Force installations. Tender submission deadline is 1130 hrs on 05 Nov 2026; tenders will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date.
Application and eligibility requirements: Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials to obtain tender documents. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and who satisfy special conditions for the job and area. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse inspection/evaluation report is outstanding. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); contractors not registered with PEC are not eligible. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, or E and having experience of similar works should apply. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Samungli or an authorized representative for details from 0900 to 1500 hours on working days.
