Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division Sialkot invites e-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement portal for HVAC works at the Teaching Hospital in Sialkot (Group No.2). Eligible PEC-registered contractors/firms/joint ventures may submit bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules.
Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- PEC registration in category C-1 or above with specialized codes EE-03, EE-04, ME-01 & ME-04 renewed for the year 2026-27.
- Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (e-GP) at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bid Security: 5% of approved DNIT cost to be deposited via the Punjab e-Procurement System (no physical call deposit receipts accepted).
- Performance Guarantee: 10% of bid cost to be submitted within 15 days after acceptance of Letter of Intent (LoI).
- Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 2026-11-04 up to 11:00 hrs.
- Technical bid opening (in presence of tender opening committee) on 2026-11-04 at 11:30 hrs at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala.
