TMA Timergara E-Auction (Third Notice) for 11-Month Leases Aug 2026–Jun 2027

The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Timergara, Lower Dir, announces a third E-Auction to lease specified municipal contracts for a period of eleven months from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. Interested contractors must be registered/renewed with the Local Councils Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for 2026–27 and may participate via the provincial e-auction portals: www.lgkp.gov.pk or cfmis.lcbkp.gov.pk.

Three contracts (serial 01–03) are listed in the notice with the following amounts shown: 98,46,500/-, 1.11.000/-, and 2,87,500/-. Bidders must deposit a 5% bid guarantee within two days after the close of the auction to TMA Timergara; the highest bidder must submit 15% within three days and execute the contract within seven days or face cancellation and forfeiture. Successful bidders will be bound by the provincial E-Auction policy for 2026–27.
