Notice of Intended Transfer: House No. 95, Block D — Rail Town (Canal) Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore

The President of Rail Town (Canal) Cooperative Housing Society, Multan Road, Lahore announces that the legal heirs of the late Muhammad Jamshed Zafar — Ayesha Jamshed (widow), Jaisha Jamshed and Anoush Jamshed (daughters) — have obtained a succession certificate and submitted documents to transfer House No. 95, Block D, in their names.

Any person, bank, agency or institution having objection to this transfer must submit a written objection with supporting documentary evidence to the Society office within 7 days of this advertisement’s publication. If no objection is received within that period, the society will transfer the property to the legal heirs and will assume no further liability.
