Officer Commanding, PAF Base, Nur Khan (Chaklala) invites open bids from reputed firms/companies/persons to run the following businesses on PAF land. Bids must be submitted in the name of the Officer Commanding, PAF Base, Nur Khan with required documents and bid security as listed below.

Documents & submission requirements: open bids on company letterhead; CNIC photocopy; valid NTN and GST certificates; bid security Pay Order in favour of "Base Commander Welfare Account, PAF Base, Nur Khan". Bids will be opened on 2026-10-29 between 1000 and 1300 hrs at Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi.
Additional conditions: bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after final selection; the successful bidder must deposit the security amount equal to six months' offered rent within 15 days of bid opening; contracts will be awarded for a maximum period of three years. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
