Procurement Method: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PESCO procurement regulations.
Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favour of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original Bid Security, with a covering letter, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar.
Submission: E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline. Manual submissions of bids will not be entertained. Bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and obtain bidding documents and detailed requirements from the EPADS portal.
Deadline: E-bids must be submitted by 2026-11-02 at 10:30 AM.
