Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for emergency work in light of PPRA Rule 4(2-c) of 2004 for the provision of certain facilities at a PAF Base.

| Eligibility / Prequalification | Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials; only firms with sufficient experience will be issued tender documents. Contractor must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be on MES approved list in categories 'A' and 'B'. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department in court and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding. |
