Tender: Establishment of Tier-III Rated Data Center — Karakoram Cooperative Bank, Gilgit

Issuer: The Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL), Administration Department. Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from reputable IT companies/firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and SECP for establishment of a Tier-III / Rated-3 data center at KCBL Head Office, Gilgit.

Key requirements and terms:

• Bidding follows single stage two-envelope procedure for technical and financial bids as per Clause 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bid security (Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes): PKR 3,000,000 in the shape of Call Deposit in favor of Senior Manager Administration, KCBL.
• Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 10,000 payable to Bank of Khyber, Gilgit Branch — Account No: 2001091509; Branch Code: 0053.
• Valid NTN / GST Registration Certificates are mandatory. Firms registered in Gilgit Baltistan are exempted from income / GST taxes.
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked "Sealed Envelope", to the Manager Infrastructure / Project Manager (Data Center), KCBL IT Department, Head Office.
• Evaluation method: Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) with 70% weightage for technical proposal and 30% for financial proposal.
• Supplied equipment must be from authorized and reputed OEMs with OEM partnership certificates and one-year OEM warranty; refurbished or used equipment conditions are addressed in the tender.
• KCBL reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel the tender as per PPRA Rules. No negotiations or revised bids shall be allowed; quoted prices shall remain valid for 60 days from opening date.
