Tender Notice No. 23/2026 — Sales Tax Department procurements (Islamabad)

Sales Tax Department invites sealed tenders under Tender Notice No. 23/2026 for the purchase/supply of various items and consumables for departmental offices. Procurements include (among others) satellite-phone airtime top-ups, computers and LCDs, machine protection system cards, LV cables, general consumables, system racks, gasoline generators, standard solutions for oil analysis, high-pressure hoses, gland seals and turbine drain lines modification materials, flow relays for WCP system, switches and push buttons, heat-shrink sleeves and termination kits, electrical spares and control components, spares for hotplates and 6kV circuit breakers, terminal blocks and connectors for LV motors and panels, hydraulic cylinder spares and hydraulic butterfly valves, recirculation valve spares for DFS systems, and pneumatic diaphragm valve actuators.

Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package (non-refundable). Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 on submission of a written request and payment of the tender fee by bank draft or pay order payable to the Principal Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash or call deposit will not be accepted.

Submission and opening: Tenders will be received up to the respective opening date at 13:00 hours and will be opened the same day between 13:30 and 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders. See tender notice for individual package opening dates. Late bids will not be accepted.
