The Registrar, University of Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites applications on the prescribed form for non‑teaching senior positions on an initial term of three years. Appointments are direct and will be made in accordance with University Act and statutes.

Candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with attested copies of degrees, result cards/transcripts, certificates, domicile, CNIC and two passport‑size photographs. The application form can be downloaded from the University website. Completed applications with the required non‑refundable application fee (paid by bank draft) should be sent to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, P.C. 111000. Foreign degree holders must submit an equivalence certificate from HEC. Government employees should apply through proper channel. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
