| Experience & Eligibility | Minimum 15 years' progressive relevant experience with at least 5 years as CEO, General Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership role; preferably hospitality/hotel operations. Proven commercial leadership with responsibility for revenue, service quality and operations. Age 45–55 years on closing date (relaxation in upper age limit may be considered subject to policy and Board approval). Must satisfy fit‑and‑proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State‑Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023. |
| Key Responsibilities | Provide overall strategic and operational leadership; deliver approved business plan and corporate intent against KPIs; drive occupancy, revenue, profitability and market positioning; oversee hotel operations, development/renovation and asset stewardship; ensure governance, internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance; build and lead a high‑performing management team. |
