Bids (technical and commercial) must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) and separate sealed bids must reach the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall.
Submission deadline: on or before 2026-11-05 by 1100 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same date.
