Sajjad A. Khokhar and Sarfraz A. Khan, the learned arbitrators appointed by Order dated 6 January 2026, notify Defence Housing Authority, Lahore (Secretary) and Director JV & BOT, DHA Lahore that they have been impleaded as respondents in the arbitration initiated by Medi-Serv International and have failed to appear despite due service.
The respondents are required to appear before the learned Arbitral Committee on 3 July 2026 at 4:00 PM via video link, either personally or through an attorney/counsel; otherwise the matter will be heard and decided in their absence.
