Eligibility criteria (summary):

- Audited annual financial statements and online income tax returns submitted to FBR for the last three consecutive years.
- Average annual turnover for the last three years not less than PKR 30 million, evidenced by online returns submitted to FBR.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of PKR 500/- confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting, and correctness of submitted information; affidavit to be issued after publication of the advertisement.
