Issuer: Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. This corrigendum amends the Notice Inviting Tender (Original NIT Ref.: XEN/Civil/IFB/107/2026, dated 08/10/2026) and uploads revised documents to the e-PADS SPPRA Portal.
Key amendments: Eligibility conditions and minimum technical evaluation criteria have been revised — bidders must follow the updated eligibility and technical documents on the e-PADS SPPRA Portal. Bid Security requirement is revised to 5% of the estimated cost (previously 2%). Performance Security requirement is revised to 5% (previously 10%). Bid Security must be submitted as a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items and quantities in the Price Schedule/Bill of Quantities (BoQ) have been amended; financial bids must be prepared strictly in accordance with the amended Price Schedule/BoQ available on the portal. All other terms and conditions of the original Notice Inviting Tender remain in force.
