University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for outsourcing of lands and a building under Term of Reference Tender No. 0009/2026-27. Submission is on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure: a sealed single package containing separate "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" envelopes.
