Sindh Mass Transit Authority Tender: Appointment of Independent Consultant/Auditor for Evaluation of Operator Claims

Government of Sindh — Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) invites sealed bids from eligible, registered and qualified Chartered Accountants / Management Consulting firms for the appointment of an independent consultant/auditor firm to evaluate operator claims, contractual payment entitlements and related financial information under the SPPRA Rules 2010 through the SPPRA EPAD System (Single Stage Two Envelope National Competitive Bidding).

Key procurement details:

- RFP documents may be purchased from the SMTA office on submission of a written application from 2026-10-27 to 2026-11-13. The same document may be downloaded and submitted through the SPPRA EPAD System.

- RFP document fee and bid security must be in the form of a pay order in favor of Sindh Mass Transit Authority and must be submitted physically at the SMTA address below.

- Only financial proposals of technically qualified proposals will be opened; financial proposals opening date and time will be communicated later if necessary.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-11-04 at 03:00 pm in the Committee Room of SMTA.

- Conditional proposals and proposals not accompanied by the required bid security and form shall not be considered. In case of holidays, proposals will be opened on the next working day. SMTA reserves the right to reject all or any proposals as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended).
