Tender: Renting Billboard / Hoarding Spaces (LED) at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall Rawalpindi invites bids from well-established and economically sound parties for renting four billboard/hoarding sites (LED installation) located on campus.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees; GST/PST to be shown separately where applicable. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days and may be extended for 30 days. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 5% of the annual estimated rent for each site as Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. No cash, crossed cheques or bank challans will be accepted.

Procurement method: Single Stage – One Envelope. Technically responsive and the lowest evaluated bid will be accepted. Bidders shall download tender documents from Punjab PPRA website or the university website; no tender fee is required. Submit separate rates for each site.

Key dates & submission: Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-20 at 11:30 hours. Deadline for submission of sealed bids: 2026-10-28 by 11:00 hours to the Purchase Office, Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours. If the last date is a holiday, the next working day will apply.
