Eligibility and requirements: Active Taxpayer status, not blacklisted, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidder must have completed at least two similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 530,000,000 in recent years and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C‑2 or above with relevant specialized codes (including sewerage, irrigation, roads, drainage, landscaping/horticulture).
Procedure: Single‑stage two‑envelope bidding. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee, deposit at call or as specified, issued by a scheduled bank. Tender documents and full NIT available electronically from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk).
