Invitation to Bid — Framework Contracts for Local Purchase of Medicines (FY 2026-2027) — Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Lahore

The Medical Superintendent, Government General Hospital Samanabad Lahore invites single stage two enveloped e-bids through E.P. Punjab from eligible firms/agencies having financially sound background, involved pharmacy business, having shop at Lahore with comprehensive storage facility and a valid drug sale license (Category “A”) or Form 9 for supply of drugs/medicines/surgical disposables under Framework Contract for Local Purchase for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA website and EP Punjab portal. Bids will be processed on the basis of maximum discount percentage from retail price fixed by DRAP in the light of LP guidelines issued by the Health & Population Department. A copy of bid security valid for 180 days must be uploaded on EP Punjab; the original instrument (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan) must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent before bid opening. Hard copies are also required in addition to e-bid submission. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
