Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed proposals (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) from Original Equipment Manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, with relevant experience in supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of modular core switches.
Tender No.: GIK/PD/IT-1161/26. Bidding documents are available on the institute website or can be obtained personally from CSK Admin Block, Room # F-12. Tender fee (non-refundable): PKR 3,000.

Bids must include complete project details, required documents, and satisfactory performance certificates from concerned companies. A 2% earnest money of the total bid cost is required with the submission. Sealed bids should reach the office by 1500 Hours on November 04 (year as printed in the tender document). Proposals will be opened at 1530 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders.
The institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender or accept/reject any bid or portion of bids prior to award of contract without assigning any reason.
