Minimum eligibility & experience
| Education | Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution |

| Experience | At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, business administration or related commercial operations, including a minimum of 5 years as General Manager, Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership |
| Other | Demonstrated experience in commercially oriented hotel operations (revenue, service quality, operating costs). Airport/transit or high-volume F&B experience is an advantage. Age 40–55 years on closing date (relaxation per policy). Must satisfy fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. |
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the Airport Hotel to achieve approved business objectives and performance targets.
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banqueting, engineering/utilities, security and guest services.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, market share, profitability and service excellence through revenue management, sales, marketing and business development.
- Ensure sound asset stewardship, operational risk management, internal controls, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain effective relationships with PIAHCL, the Board, regulators, owners, business partners and other stakeholders.
