Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract for lining of water channels for irrigation during FY 2026-27 (Tender #05ROCSIP26).
Bidding documents, including technical specifications and schedule of requirements, are available for download from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites. Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure will apply under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligibility: Interested bidders must have valid NTN/STRN, Punjab Sales Tax registration where applicable, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders are required to bid for the entire (100%) quantity; conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Prices should be final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, freight, installation and commissioning.
Bid Security: 4% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System in favor of the Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, etc.) will be accepted.
Submission & Opening: Completed tenders must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System and delivered by the closing date/time: 2026-11-12 at 11:00 hours. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened through the Punjab E-Procurement System at 11:30 hours on the same day at the committee room of Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha.
Authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
