Engineer-in-Chief Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors/consultants and issuance of tender documents for construction/provision of certain residential, non-residential and service facilities at multiple locations nationwide, in accordance with clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules 2004. | Eligibility | Enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above in the relevant field with validity up to June 2027. Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. No outstanding D&E recoveries. |
