Headquarters Special Communications Organization (SCO), Qasim Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the following supply items. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch of Headquarters on any working day on provision of a National Bank of Pakistan draft for an amount of Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand only) for each tender (non-refundable) in favour of HQ SCO. Technical proposals must be submitted by the due date at 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened at 1000 hours and financial proposals will be opened at 1030 hours on the same date in the presence of representatives of bidders, if any.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time; the procuring agency shall upon request communicate grounds for rejection to any supplier, the grounds for rejection are not required to be justified.
