Municipal Committee Khanpur invites sealed quotations from manufacturers or registered vendors for the purchase of machinery to support municipal services in City Area Khanpur. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules and the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Submission and bidding details:
- Submit tenders with Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes (single step, two-envelope procedure) by 2026-11-07 at 01:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bidders must be manufacturers or vendors registered with relevant authorities (e.g., FBR/NTN/GST) and submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the name of Municipal Committee Khanpur (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order).
- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Complete bidding documents and instructions are available after publication; bidding documents are accessible from Municipal Committee Khanpur and via the e-Procurement portal.
- Technical bids will be evaluated first; financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. Incomplete, late, unsigned, or otherwise non-compliant bids will be rejected.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, cancel the bidding process, vary quantities, and make other decisions in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Rates quoted will remain applicable for the financial year 2026-27.
