National Highways & Motorway Police invites prequalification proposals for Open Framework Agreement(s) through e-PADS submission for N-5 (Central-II), Multan for purchase of M&E items and repair of official vehicles for the financial years 2025-27.
Prequalification documents in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee. Submission and bidding will be conducted via e-PADS; supply of materials shall be delivered at LHDs of Sector No.5 (Central-II). Bids will be received only from firms registered with NTN, GST and PRA, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for Sales Tax and Income Tax, and registered on the PPRA e-portal. A bid security of Rs. 52,000 is specified and successful prequalified firms will be required to provide performance security and maintain it until expiry of the agreement. Open framework agreements will be signed with approved firms and awards made on an item-wise/lowest-bid basis.
