C&W Abbottabad Tender: Snow Clearance & Winter Maintenance for Thandiani, Nathiagali, Changlagali (ePADS)

Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Highway Division Abbottabad invites electronic bids on ePADS under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules for snow clearance and winter maintenance works for 2026-27 on multiple hill sections. Works include clearance of snowfall from road surfaces, spreading of salt, removal of snow slides, landslides, stone boulders, fallen trees and electric poles to maintain uninterrupted traffic flow.

Bidding procedure and requirements:

- Electronic bids to be submitted via the C&W ePADS system in a Single Stage Single Envelope method in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules.

- Bid Solicitation Documents and instructions to bidders may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer or downloaded from the C&W Division website and KPPRA website.

- Bidders must submit bid security in the shape of CDR (showing bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)) electronically along with their e-bid.

- Bidders/contractors must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

- Contractors are required to provide specified machinery and manpower in working condition as part of the contract and to clear roads under the jurisdiction of C&W Highway Division Abbottabad and, when directed, other adjoining roads.

- Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division Abbottabad; bidders may view the opening online per ePADS procedures.
