Issuer: Khyber Medical University Hospital & Research Center, Peshawar. The Procuring Entity invites electronic bids through e-PADS from eligible manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and holding a valid DRAP Establishment Licence, for supply, installation, testing, commissioning, validation and user/technical training of CSSD equipment with three (03) years comprehensive warranty for financial year 2026-27.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope (Rule 6(2)(b) KPPRA). Bids will be evaluated and awarded lot-wise. A bidder may bid for one or both lots but must submit a separate and complete bid for each lot. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost for each lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of KMUH Security Account is required; a scanned copy must be uploaded to e-PADS and the original delivered in a sealed envelope to the Chairman Purchase Committee before the bid submission deadline. Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders.
Bid documents and submission: Bid Solicitation Document (BSD) with specifications, evaluation criteria and terms is available on e-PADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and on the websites of the Procuring Entity and KPPRA. Bids must be submitted on e-PADS.
