Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites applications for multiple contract positions for its Head Office in Lahore and regional offices. Applications are accepted online via www.phc.org.pk. Candidates must follow specified qualification and experience requirements and submit the paid challan as proof of application fee payment.

Application & fee details: Apply online at www.phc.org.pk and download the challan form. Application fee: Rs.2,000 (non-refundable) for positions Sr. #1 & #2; Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) for positions Sr. #3 & #4; Rs.500 (non-refundable) for Sr. #5. All online applications must include a scanned copy of the paid challan.
For Sr. #5 (Cleaner) applicants may send application with a passport-size photograph, updated CV, copy of CNIC and Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.500 in favor of "Punjab Healthcare Commission" to the Head Office address: 185 Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore.
Other instructions: Internal candidates and employees of government/semi-government/autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel and attach a fresh NOC. PHC reserves the right to reject any application or increase/decrease the number of positions. No TA/DA will be admissible. Minorities, women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates may be required to appear for aptitude/computer assessments.
