Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for provision of services at RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities of the Government of Pakistan.

A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the published schedule. A fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as refundable bid security through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement.
Relevant documents, terms and conditions, and quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and RIC websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA tender view URL is http://eproc.ppra.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx. RIC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. If the scheduled date is a public or government holiday, the next working day will be treated as the date of submission and opening.
