Municipal Corporation Murree invites e-tenders for the 2026-27 schemes through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Punjab e-procurement portal may participate.
Key instructions: Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Valid PEC license, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN must be uploaded. Bids must be submitted electronically; a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) will not be accepted. Rates must be submitted electronically by filling the BOQ on the website with "item-wise rate only" before the submission deadline. If a tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% below the approved estimate/DNIT, the lowest bidder shall deposit additional performance security/quality assurance guarantee equal to 10% of the tendered amount within 15 days as per Finance Department notifications referenced in the notice. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid under PPR Rules.
Submission and opening schedule: Electronic submission deadline is before 10:00 AM on 2026-11-02. All participating contractors will take part in the tendering process on 02-11-2026 at 10:45 AM. Successful bidders will be announced on 02-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of Municipal Corporation Murree, Tehsil & District Murree, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab E-Procurement portal (view tenders at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx).
