Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage, One Envelope procedure for works at the 81 MW Malakand Hydropower Plant, Dargai. Bids are invited for three separate lots covering procurement and installation of a hydraulic barrier, repair and electronic controller installation for the power-house elevator, and procurement of various plant and equipment.

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have active status on the bid submission date.
- Bidders must hold an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with FBR.
- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) shall be downloaded from the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PAKDS).
- All bids must be submitted through e-PAKDS on or before the stated deadlines.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in Pakistani Rupees in the shape of a bank guarantee or draft, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
- Bids will be opened on the same day at the specified times in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable KPPRA rules.
