KP C&W Department (Building Division‑II Peshawar) E‑PADS Tenders — submission by 2026-11-05

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Building Division‑II Peshawar invites bids through the E‑PAD System for multiple special packages for construction, re‑construction, rehabilitation and improvement of masajid, madaris and darul ulooms under ADP No.85/250922. Contractors registered with the C&W Department, renewed with KPRA and holding a valid PEC license for the current financial year 2026‑27 in the relevant category are eligible to bid.

Tender documents and e‑bidding: download from the E‑PADS portal https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the C&W website https://www.cwd.gkp.pk. Bidders must upload bid forms (CDR in the prescribed shape) and required documents on the E‑PAD System before the closing time. Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee as bid security and tender fee (non‑refundable) as shown for each package are required. Electronic bidding will be accepted on A/B/C/BELOW/ATPAR in System on BOQ/Engineer's Estimate basis according to KPPRAs rules.
