Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital, Murree on behalf of Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for procurement of medical supplies, laboratory reagents, radiology items, printing/stationery and general hospital consumables/equipment under six independent lots. Single-stage one-envelope procedure will be used. Eligibility includes manufacturers, authorized distributors/importers, licensed pharmacies/manufacturers/distributors and registered firms as applicable for each lot. Technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award will be determined separately for each quoted lot in accordance with the bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with portal instructions. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and the Punjab PPRA website. A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot must be furnished in the form, validity and manner specified in the bidding documents.
Key conditions: Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. Prices must include delivery to THQ Hospital Murree; taxes should be stated and treated per applicable law. The Procuring Agency may reject bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids will be opened on the e‑Procurement portal in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
