Key instructions: Bidding documents, terms & conditions and quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the listed websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) according to the schedule above. A fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as refundable bid security through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB / Punjab e-Procurement System.
Financial or other costs incurred by bidders in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids are not the responsibility of RIC Rawalpindi. If the tender opening date falls on a government-declared holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the date of submission and opening; time and venue will remain the same.
