| Junior Assistant-II (Admin) | SPS-3 | Either: F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with a 1-year diploma in a relevant field from a Government-recognized institute; or F.A./F.Sc. (First Division) with a 6-month Office Automation Course or equivalent administrative qualification. |
Important instructions and conditions:
- Posts are purely temporary but likely to continue; employment will be under Contributory Pension Fund (CPF)/Provident Fund (PF) as per rules.
- Where a First Division is prescribed, only one Second Division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable.
- Age limit: 35 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
- Required qualifications and experience must be completed by the closing date. Experience will be considered only if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification.
- Candidates employed in Federal / Provincial / Semi-Government organizations must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.
- Applicants must possess all educational certificates/diplomas/degrees from Government-recognized institutions; only Pakistani nationals are eligible.
- Initial place of posting is Peshawar; selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. The organization reserves the right to withdraw/cancel posts or reject any application at any stage.
