Tender: Renting Billboard / Hoarding (LED) Spaces at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi invites bids from well-established and economically sound parties for renting four billboard/hoarding sites (LED installation) located inside university premises.

Key Instructions & Conditions

All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and be active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees; GST/PST to be indicated separately where applicable. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 hrs. Earnest money of five percent (5%) of the estimated annual rent for each contract must accompany bids in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, submitted separately for each site. Bids without earnest money will not be considered. No cross cheque, bank challan or cash will be accepted.

How to obtain documents & Submission

Procurement Method: Single Stage – One Envelope. Evaluation: Technical compliance and highest evaluated bids will be accepted.

Submission & Opening

Submit sealed bids to the Purchase Office, Fatima Jinnah Women University by 11:00 hrs on 2026-10-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs. If 2026-10-28 is an official or local holiday, the next working day will be treated as the opening date.
