Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for civil works under the Development Package. Key requirements and conditions:
- Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call in favor of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
- Eligibility: Active taxpayer status; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority as required; demonstrated financial capacity with minimum turnover of PKR 370,000,000 in the three preceding years; completion of similar assignments; PEC registration C-2 or above (up to PKR 1,000 million) and relevant specialized PEC codes (e.g., high-voltage installation, water supply, landscaping & horticulture, general civil/electrical works).
- Procurement method: Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the ePPS/BPPRA portal. Tender documents and complete bidding document are available electronically at www.bppra.gop.pk.
- Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted by 2026-11-20 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS system.
