Inspector General of Prisons Punjab invites e-bids for the supply and delivery of foam mattresses with water-resistant parachute covers for Punjab Prisons on a F.O.R. jail gates basis.

Bidding and submission: Bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The bid closing deadline is 2026-10-30 at 15:00; e-bids will be opened by the evaluation committee at 15:30 on the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-19 (Monday) at 15:00 at the address below.
Procedure and guarantees: Single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost and performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price are required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by permitted payment methods (Bank Guarantee / 1-Link / online bank transfer / PSID) as specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents and detailed specifications may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal, PPRA Punjab website, and Punjab Prisons website.
